The IIBF started the training department in 2012. It plays a crucial role in
the development and dissemination of knowledge and skills within the banking and finance
sectors. Here are the key aspects of the Training Department's role:
Conducting Programs:
The Training Department conducts a wide range of programs covering
various verticals in the banking and finance domain. These programs include
leadership development, treasury and risk management, credit appraisal, project
finance, KYC-AML compliance, workshops on resolution of stressed assets, and
preventive vigilance and fraud management(other to be included)
Customization of
Programs:
The department offers customized programs tailored to the specific needs
of banks and financial institutions. These programs are designed to address the
unique requirements and challenges faced by different organizations in the industry.
To strengthen Training Department, IIBF created four separate
Professional Development Centre in West Zone, East Zone, North Zone & South Zone,
who will take care their respective zone by contacting/visiting and ascertaining
their customised needs to be converted in offline/online training program.
